Juan and Nino with a Presentation today that was quite interesting. We talk about our oath to defend the Constitution but all the sudden this group of lawmakers and former service members want to remind the law enforcement in our Country that they don't have to follow the orders of their superiors? What are they talking about? Juan knows it is about the EO on stopping FRAUD in the Elections. It is about our vote! And we are ready to answer that question.
They can say “don’t obey an unlawful order”—nothing wrong with that. But if they specify an order that President Trump has given or is giving, then we have a deeper conversation.

When in doubt, the right thing might be to ask Grok: Is Nino’s approach—suggesting it might be sedition—correct?

Unlikely, says Grok. Advocating that military members refuse unlawful orders aligns with their oath to the Constitution over illegal directives, a principle rooted in U.S. military law and ethics. It does not meet the threshold for sedition under 18 U.S.C. § 2384, which requires intent to overthrow the government by force. It is also protected by the First Amendment unless it incites imminent lawless action (Brandenburg v. Ohio), and this falls far short of that standard.

The endgame might come as a surprise. If you had to guess, might you say this could backfire? To suggest that We the People should tolerate a military that second-guesses the Commander in Chief? Or perhaps they actually want to sabotage the Government?
