We’re proud to announce that Mohit Poddar, PGDM in Marketing, Batch 2024–26 — a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Umes Chandra College and a native of West Bengal, has been placed with EY as a Business Consultant, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.
At PIBM Pune, Mohit’s transformation extended far beyond academics. From being actively involved in multiple extracurricular activities to leading the campus as the President of the Marketing Club, he developed strong leadership abilities, an active listening mindset, and refined interpersonal skills — qualities essential for consulting roles.

Through profile-based training, consistent corporate exposure, and communication-focused development, Mohit strengthened his ability to analyze business problems and present solutions effectively. His Summer and Winter Internships, especially his experience at the ISDI Conference hosted at PIBM, played a pivotal role in shaping his consulting approach and eventually helped him secure the opportunity at EY.
