"I Sow Discord... And Jesus Did Too" Whip, War Cry, and Why Nice Christianity Isn't Biblical

A Facebook warrior passive-aggressively accused me of "sowing discord among the brethren" (Proverbs 6:16-19) and claimed my lifestyle proves I'm not a real Christian.

My response? Buckle up.

Jesus didn’t tiptoe into the temple whispering sweet nothings—He braided a whip, flipped tables, and drove out the money-changers with violence (John 2:15).

He called the religious leaders a “brood of vipers,” “whitewashed tombs,” and “sons of hell” (Matthew 23).

Paul publicly named Alexander the coppersmith and said God would repay him (2 Tim 4:14).

Elijah mocked and slaughtered 450 prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18).
Phinehas speared a fornicating couple mid-act and God rewarded him with an everlasting covenant of peace (Numbers 25).

If calling out wolves, exposing hypocrisy, and driving demons out of God’s house is “sowing discord”… then sign me up. Guilty as charged.

The Kingdom of God suffers violence, and the violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12).

I’m not your gentle, turn-the-other-cheek-at-all-costs, unity-with-wolves pastor.
I’m the double espresso with a shot of gunpowder you didn’t know you needed.
