"Study" for "learning"; "to be wise", in the Bible ONLY?!

What does the Bible have to say about studying, learning and being wise?
“Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:29 to 30)
“The law of the LORD [is] perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD [is] sure, making wise the simple.” (Psalm 19:7)
