Did you wake up just in time for turkey sandwiches?
Today the H Family is back with another leftover transformation — and this one continues directly from our Smoked Turkey on the Franklin Pit video and our Thanksgiving Sandwich taste test!

We’re finally trying a traditional American smoked turkey sandwich… for the very first time. And this time, we’re doing it two ways:
🇬🇧 Cold white bread sandwich (Brit style meets American leftovers)
🔥 Grilled skillet sandwich using butter — golden, crispy, and ridiculously comforting

PLUS…
We’re tasting KEWPIE Mayo for the first time ever! After hearing Americans rave about it for years, we finally get to try the legendary Japanese mayonnaise everyone talks about. Will it beat Duke’s? Or Hellmann’s? Or our homemade mayo? Let’s find out…

To complete this American classic, we’re also adding our homemade Southern dressing — the same one from our Thanksgiving feast. It turns out that smoked turkey + warm herb dressing + mayo might just be the ultimate comfort combo we didn’t know we needed.

🍽 RECIPE & BUILD (Smoked Turkey Sandwich)

Ingredients:
• Smoked turkey breast (Franklin Pit)
• White bread (soft, thick-sliced)
• Kewpie Mayonnaise
• Homemade American dressing/stuffing
• Butter (for grilled version)

Method (Quick Overview):

1) Spread Kewpie mayo generously on soft white bread
2) Layer thick slices of smoked turkey
3) Add American dressing for texture + flavour
4) For grilled version: butter skillet + press with cast iron
5) Slice, bite… and prepare to fall in love with leftovers all over again
