How much does a billionaire politician really need to pay their food bill these days?
I fixed the lip sync problem with the fluoride cancer video. But now it looks like there is lint on the projector. Why, why?

now Dr. Burke your research shows that if all of the United States had been
fluoridated it would mean about 70,000 extra death because of cancer per annum
those are remarkable impressive and in fact rather disquieting figures. could
you shortly describe your research in this field and what results did you get
from it? yes the 70,000 of course represents would represent one-fifth of
all the cancer deaths in the United States twice as many from breast cancer
in women and twice as many as from lung cancer in man. our studies involve
comparing the deaths of all persons in the ten largest fluoridated cities of
the United States with the ten largest non fluoridated cities in the United
States year by year and we obtained a very remarkable curve which you can see
here perhaps here is the fluoridated and here is the non fluoridated set of ten
cities each before here's where the fluoridation started and before this
time both sets of cities were identical but no sooner had fluoridation started
than this curve began to go up the deaths began to increase so that this effect
occurs very promptly within one two or five years. now this sir is conclusive
evidence that fluor killed because of cancer. it is one of the most conclusive
bits of scientific and biological evidence that I have come across in my
50 years in the field of cancer research. would this then in your opinion be the
end of fluor in water in drinking water? it should be the end and in the United
States it should so be the end by federal law known as the Delaney
amendment which says that anything found to induce cancer in man or animals
cannot be legally put into the food or drink of man or animals and so and this
is all less than one year old so that it entirely changes any previous ideas of
fluoridation that anyone may have had because this is the first real
indication of an important effect. now in in this country of course the state
of the dental state of the Union the way people's teeth look is incredible
indeed. would you say that stopping fluor had other effects than increasing
the dental problems in this country? well I would rather look at it that it would
certainly help the cancer death situation in this country which I'm sure
most people would agree is far more important than a temporary benefit to
teeth in adolescent children. this you see amounts to public murder on a
grand scale it is a public crime it would be to put fluoride in the drinking
water of people. now the children of this cameraman and mine sir take fluor should
we stop this immediately? well in my opinion if they were my children they
would not take it anymore I can only recommend for myself but I would suggest
to you that they stop it. is there a difference in having fluor in drinking
water or administering little fluor pills for children? well of course the little
fluor pills are a much smaller proposition than drinking gallons of
water per day of per week as well as taking a bath in it and washing your
automobile in it and watering your lawns that's a very massive thing compared to
brushing teeth with fluoridated toothpaste but our work is immediately
concerned with drinking water what happens to toothpaste I'm quite willing
to let the future studies go into that in more detail. there is of course you
talk about murder sir an ethical aspect to all this a law aspect and aspect of
people's inhumanity to people what is your idea about how should this be
implemented in our society the ethical aspects of administering poison as it
were to people? well I think this aspect this murder aspect clearly indicates a
very strong unethical aspect to forcing people to kill themselves

JB Pritzker and his wife MK Pritzker removed five toilets from a Gold Coast
mansion they owned in Chicago in 2015 to make the property appear uninhabitable
thereby reducing its assessed value for property tax purposes this led to the
Cook County Assessor lowering the mansion's value from about six point
three million dollars to roughly one point one million dollars resulting in a
property tax reduction of around three hundred and thirty thousand dollars the
removal of toilets was part of a scheme described by the Cook County Inspector
General as a scheme to defraud taxpayers false affidavits were also submitted
asserting the property had been uninhabitable since 2012 though this
resulted in federal investigations and public scrutiny no criminal charges have
been filed against Pritzker he has pledged to repay the tax savings and the
scandal has been used by political opponents to criticize him the toilet
removal happened just before the property's appraisal which directly
influenced the property's lower tax assessment in summary JB Pritzker did
have toilets removed from a building he owned as part of a property tax appeal
strategy to reduce taxes which has been investigated as a scheme to defraud
taxpayers Chicago criminal lawyer blog plus 5 YouTube we know that mom Donnie
does want to tax the rich more bring it up about 2% he can't do that on his own
you've previously said that you wouldn't be raising taxes have you reconsidered
that stance no I would say one energetic rally does not get me to change my
positions I assure you but I do hear people's voices I process what
everybody says but I'm also have to balance governing this state and making
sure that those people who are actually the reason we have a generous supportive
budget that helps lift people up it's their revenues that we tax one and a
half percent of New Yorkers cover about a third of our budget that's enormous
I'm concerned about out migration of people who are the ones who are sporting
our budget I cannot make up for that with middle class tax increases I cannot do
that to the middle class in the struggling New Yorkers so so this is the
balance I mean this is my position oops you just had a mayoral campaign where
the candidate who won ran on making promises as if he was running for middle
school president and after the election the principal comes in and tells the kid
uh you know we can't do all that stuff you know we don't have a budget for that
the mayor of New York cannot raise to income taxes period and what the
governor just said is something literally every economically literate
analyst has said for years capital is mobile capital moves very easily one of
the unwritten laws of economics is when companies face unprofitability through
taxation they always leave companies have to turn to profit or they don't work
they fold the only way a company works is if it's able to charge more than what
it costs to produce its product or service that's how employees get paid
that's what attracts investors companies have to make money and they make money
by charging more for their products and services than the expenses accrued by
offering those products and services and the major expense for companies is taxes
and if those taxes threaten the profitability of a business what do they
do they pick up and relocate to where those taxes are reduced this is why red
states are booming and blue states are declining and governor Hokel as you just
heard with your own ears governor Hokel knows it she knows that if she had so
much as even considers raising taxes on the richest New Yorkers who are already
paying the highest income taxes of any state in the nation she knows they're
gone and when they're gone they take everything direct tax payments jobs
income taxes from those jobs sales taxes from employees and property taxes from
now empty buildings and the guy hasn't even been sworn in yet and we're already
seeing a mass exodus from New York and those fleeing ain't their welfare
recipients they're the ones paying for the welfare recipients but if you
thought that was bad you ain't seen nothing yet so almost on cue Hokel's
blowing apart Mamdani socialist fantasies has triggered open war inside the
Democrat Party activists erupted on social media hashtags like primary
Hokel and tax the rich now started trending AOC's orbit is already plotting
to replace Hokel while moderate Democrats panic over losing business and donor
support and this on top of the growing calls to oust New York Senator Chuck
Schumer over shutdown disaster and Hakeem Jeffries as well the house
minority leader he's getting primary but that's just the start you see the
Civil War in New York's Democrat ranks mirrors a national reckoning and it's
giving President Trump an extraordinary opportunity to refocus his America First
domestic agenda and that's of course because America First is actually rooted
in reality Trump is first and foremost a businessman he understands economics he
understands finance by contrast blue states like New York are forced to face
reality as job losses mount investment fleas and voters realize the cost of
chasing leftist illusions and while Mamdani and Hokel battle everyday New
Yorkers pay the price business owners pause investments landlords panic and
the state's tax base continues to shrink again remember currently right now the
top 1% of New York City taxpayers pay 40% of the city's income tax if Mamdani's
planner implemented that would rise to 60% so what that does is it creates what
economists call a catastrophic concentration risk meaning that the
entire city budget becomes dangerously dependent on a tiny group of highly
mobile residents who can afford to leave why do you think Venezuela collapsed
into such a disaster after the socialist revolution revolutions because of the
catastrophic concentration risk all of Chavez's promises were built on
confiscating Venezuela's wealthiest residents so what did they do they fled
they picked up and they left and now there's no longer any liquidity there's
no longer any tax base from which to fulfill their socialist promises of free
stuff so basically everybody starts welcome to North Korea welcome to Cuba
the only way economies thrive like we saw when China adopted the Singapore
system is if you allow the human entrepreneurial spirit to flourish and
Mamdani wouldn't know that spirit if it fit him in the arse the people who met
him at the same period of time was Queen Elizabeth yeah he met Queen Elizabeth
he met numerous presidents but Jimmy Seville the worst the worst one of the
worst pedophiles of all time was knighted by the Queen's you know I mean I
know he had obviously these people that gave him some sort of cover but people
who they meet who they're with I met him because I was his lawyer I you know I
met him first as an academic colleague for the first seven or eight years
nobody knew he was doing anything wrong then when he was accused I became his
lawyer I terminated my personal friendship with him believe me I didn't
have any passages once I was his lawyer and then once he got out of prison I I
think I literally never saw him again and my relationship with him terminated
completely except for some leftover things from the law case so I did
absolutely categorically nothing wrong and you know that's what lawyers do and
that's what people do I was introduced to him by the lady in law Rothschild and
I'm old yeah and and you know he knew all the most prominent people and
hung out with all of them. Alan I had to cut you off you're the considered the most prominent
attorney I mean of you know so I wouldn't be surprised why I'd want to be
with you I'm just saying that with all due respect of course he's the most
prominent guy you're considered one of the most prominent attorneys of all
time so I would want you as my attorney because I know you're incredibly
talented so I'm sure Jeffrey Epstein would want you as well so I want to say
go ahead. Although he complained about the deal he didn't think it was good enough. You got him the best deal ever when he tried him over the people playing at home he got him the biggest
sweetheart deal ever. He fired me refused to pay my fee he said I should have gotten him a better deal so you know lawyer. Well that's how I know you're probably
innocent because he didn't use any blackmail against you so maybe you're
probably a heart innocent because he could have used that blackmail he would
have blackmailed you if he would have had it. There was a fake list yeah and I'm on
it. So you were on the island? I was apparently I don't know I said I was on
the island they said and I'm like I don't go anywhere.
The story was about a bus. Maybe but it's like you know so I'm just gonna say you know and there's been a lot of stuff
recently I don't know what I've done to anybody but apparently there are a lot
of these these kind of sites that are what do you call it they're parity or
they're satire sites but people don't realize that they can be harmful.
Mrs. McCain thank you so much for your work with the Institute and for coming
here talking to us so I'm gonna shoot straight the perception a lot of between
a lot of young people is that there is an untouchable ring of governmental and
economic elites in this country that not only benefit like she mentioned but
actively participate in sex trafficking. Jeffrey Epstein was an example Robert
Kraft was arrested not far from here on on trafficking charges and and so we in
terms of this as a grassroots movement to push to combat against this issue are
these power players a priority for us right now can we even touch them or is
this a pipe dream that we need to address in the future somehow? No it's
like everything you know we it hides in plain sight. Epstein was hiding in
plain sight. We all knew about him. We all knew what he was doing but we had no one
that was no legal aspect that would go after him. They were afraid of him for
whatever reason they were afraid of him. It was August 10th 2019 that Jeffrey
Epstein crushed his bones in three parts of his neck supposedly committing
suicide but the coroner said it looked like homicide to him. Now why did that
happen? Why all the cameras turn off? Why did the guards not see what happened?
But what we do know is the FBI swooped in and has been protecting his client
list for all of those years even though his pimp girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell
is also serving prison for the child trafficking to the global elites
including British royalty, top US, Israeli and other politicians. This was a
multi-national honeypot. It's not enough to blackmail people with just sex
operatives. We know that goes on. It's how they set up Julian Assange with two
CIA sex operatives but the public doesn't see somebody having sex with two
concerning adult women as bad but of course they then claim that he raped
them so that's how he's now still serving prison though he's never been
convicted of anything. No they need sex slavery of children. That is what the
globalists demand of their minions to show that they've got dirt on them so
if they ever try to go public they can quickly be discredited.

Remember him? Jeffrey Epstein. Still did not kill himself. He is still alive. My
strong suspicion is yes just that that he is alive and well somewhere that his
death was faked. Try looking for the pictures of his body. Alright they
actually are findable on the internet. Once you find them this is not the
picture. You'll see somebody who is not dead.

You know these kids are kind of going places that never hurt them again right?
No. Are you with me sir? Can I ask what company you're with? No. No? You won't tell me? No.
Okay. Why you being so secretive? Don't worry about it sir. Can you stop bothering me?
Don't take a picture of me. You're not authorized to vote. Just take pictures of me.
This is a public place. Hey what company you guys with? Where you guys taking this
kid? Is this your kid here? Sir is this your kid?
Hey, how much are you?
It's okay. It's okay. Amigo. Amigo. Amigo. How much are you?
What country?

Hey are these your kids?
No? Hey are these your kids sir?

Well if you were not watching C-SPAN and if you didn't see that judiciary committee hearing today,
this was quite a mess. But we were trying to get my subpoenas of Jeffrey Epstein's flight logs
and the subpoena of Sotomayor in her book deal. Things that weren't reported but we have found out about this through the news.
And of course the chairman blocked it all. Cut it off. That's not how this committee is supposed to work.
And let's bring it back to that controversial plea deal right from Alex Acosta who was the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida at the time who as we know resigned Friday.
He said even him himself said I was told Epstein "belong to intelligence and to leave it alone."
So let me take you to Robert Steele who is a former CIA and military intelligence officer. This is his statement.
He says "I remain of the view that Jeffrey Epstein is a Mossad clandestine operations officer assisted by Mossad clandestine operations officer Galeen Maxwell
and that their mission is to do precisely what they have been doing, entrap US politicians, judges, celebrities, prosecutors and corporate leaders."
And most governments will do this if they could. It just so happens the Israelis are really good at it.
Right, I mean what could be a better asset than someone who has all this dirt, right? This quote unquote blackmail.
Be he tycoon, prime minister, prince or former president or president president.
If somebody was to say to them I have video of you with a 14 year old girl.
You'd do whatever they wanted. You own them. Right.
You've seen them in movies, you've heard the stories. But have you ever wondered, do the Amish have gangs?
It sounds like something out of a comedy sketch, right?
But the answer is actually a bit more complicated than a simple yes or no.
Let's talk about the Amish mafia. You might have seen the TV show, but here's the reality.
That was largely staged for entertainment.
In truth, the Amish community is built on peace, nonviolence and forgiveness.
The idea of organized crime gangs just doesn't fit with their core beliefs.
However, some Amish youth do go through a period called "rumspringe" where they explore the outside world.
During this time some might form groups that get into minor trouble,
but calling them gangs in the way we usually think of them is a real stretch.
These are more like temporary cliques, not organized criminal enterprises.
Everyone has to blow off steam once in a while.
These youngsters are no different.
Though they come from good, simple, humble and traditional homes,
they may crave excitement in the big city or countryside, or deep in the Pennsylvania woodlands.
Though they're religious, rural and peaceful, you may be surprised that they can kick your asses.
It's time to light the candles and put out the fire.
Public safety. Public safety. Public safety. Public safety.

So, while the idea of an Amish gangbanger makes for a wild headline, it's mostly a myth.
The real story is one of a community deeply committed to a peaceful way of life.
Pretty fascinating, right?

Karen, this case dubbed "Toilet Gate" when it first surfaced last fall during the campaign, now appears to have taken on new life with a report out today that the FBI is investigating Governor Pritzker, his wife and others in connection with that questionable property tax break.
Governor J.B. Pritzker appears to have been caught off guard by a report by WBEZ Radio that federal authorities have him under investigation.
What I know is what you all know from the reporting that was done this morning.
Do you have any concern there could be criminal charges coming out of this whatsoever?
No concerns at all.
It all stems from a report issued last fall by the Cook County Inspector General that found Pritzker got $331,000 in tax breaks on this multi-million dollar home he bought next to his Gold Coast mansion by having the toilets ripped out and then claiming the home was uninhabitable.
Pritzker later paid the taxes.
Well let me be clear that I'm very confident that any review of this matter will show that all the rules were followed.
I have not been contacted by any law enforcement, neither has MK.
First Lady MK Pritzker, her assistant and brother, are also reportedly under investigation.
The U.S. Attorney's Office declined to comment. Republicans call the governor hypocritical.
It's wrong. It's something that should never be done.
And with a governor who's talking about fairness, this fair tax, he's spending millions of dollars on the air with this fairness tax, what's fair about him not paying his own share of his taxes?
House Republican leader Jim Durkin, who spoke at the City Club, called the investigation concerning but was not sure how much it might hurt the governor politically.
You know, I think time's going to tell on that.
It's caught me by surprise and I think also my colleagues who are here today were caught by surprise that this is actually happening.
It's not something that can be slighted or disregarded.
The Cook County Assessor says his office has not been contacted by federal authorities or subpoenaed for any documents.
The Cook County State's Attorney declined to comment on whether it's an office as a parallel investigation with the feds. Back to you.
Hey, if you like that video, be sure to subscribe to our ABC 7 Chicago YouTube channel.
I know you should probably all be sitting down for this.
It's quite a shock, but there's corruption going on in Sacramento.
We have that story regarding Newsom's former chief of staff who has been indicted for corruption and funneling campaign funds for her own personal use.
We're going to get to that story and more, but first, if you are not part of the 10% of amazing Californians who want to learn more about California political news and other ways we can try and turn this state around, make sure you hit that subscribe like notification bell.
All that stuff helps with the algorithm and let's get into this story and much more right now.
We should start off by saying this is one of the most powerful and influential women in California politics.
Governor Newsom's former chief of staff Dana Williamson just within the last hour and a half or so left the federal courthouse here on a $500,000 bond facing serious allegations.
She's accused of conspiring with Javier Becerra, who is currently a candidate for governor and the former US Health and Human Services Secretary, conspiring with his chief of staff Sean McCluskey to take $225,000 from Becerra's political campaign account.
Investigators say this happened between 2022 and 2024, which started before but continued while she was working for Governor Newsom.
She faces 23 federal charges related to that, including wire fraud, bank fraud, obstruction of justice and false tax documents.
Williamson pleaded not guilty in court today. Her alleged co conspirators McCluskey and well known Sacramento lobbyist Greg Campbell have plea deals according to court records.
In a statement Javier Becerra said quote.
It does beg the question though it was your campaign, your dormant campaign that they were funneling money through. So how much did you know Xavier Becerra?
We did approach Miss Williamson as she exited the courthouse today. Here's our exchange with her and her attorney.
Could other California officials and people involved in the government be concerned now with this investigation underway?
Do you have any comment Miss Williamson?
He's asked no, you guys can contact my attorney.
Do you have anything to say?
No, you can contact my attorney.
Nice vocal fry.
Miss Williamson, do you have anything to say to Javier Becerra right now?
No.
He called this a gut punch.
Miss Williamson, you have nothing to say with the 23 counts against you alleging that you and co conspirators funneled money from Javier Becerra's campaign.
I just said you guys can contact my attorney.
You have nothing to say to the people of California Miss Williamson.
Nothing to say.
The guy was mad about his bike lane.
So what is she in for?
So the indictment goes on to claim Williamson subscribed to false tax returns claiming more than $1 million in a business deduction.
The allegations that prosecutors said were personal and non-deductible expenditures like private jet travel, hotel stays, home furnishing and designer handbags.
Williamson went on to make false statements when questioned by FBI agents about the diversion of campaign funds and allegations of public corruption.
Prosecutors said this is a crucial step in an ongoing political corruption investigation that began more than three years ago.
U.S. Attorney Eric Grant said as always been as it always has the U.S. Attorney's Office will continue to work tirelessly with our law enforcement partner to protect the people of California from political corruption.
Williamson faces 23 charges including conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States and obstruct justice and subscribing to false tax returns and making false statements.
Prosecutors said if convicted she could face up to 20 years in prison.
So let's look at the who's who of all these people who are involved in this.
Shaw McCluskey who she had mentioned.
Shaw McCluskey is the former chief of staff of Xavier Becerra.
So he was in charge of Xavier Becerra as basically his office.
He was the chief of staff.
He also served with Becerra when he was California Attorney General.
McCluskey has since deleted his LinkedIn page as of Thursday.
I wonder why.
Greg Campbell is a well-connected lobbyist and consultant.
He has worked with the most recent campaign finance data shows his long list of clients include Major League Baseball, Amazon, TikTok, PG&E, DraftKings and United Health Care Services.
He has worked as a senior staff for the last five assembly speakers, including the role of chief of staff to speakers Tony G. Atkins and John A. Perez.
Alexis Podesta, Podesta's attorney, confirmed she is an unnamed co-conspirator in the court documents that lay out the allegations against Williamson.
She's not been charged with any crimes as of Thursday and her attorney said she is cooperating with the investigation.
She is also a Sacramento based political consultant who served as the secretary as a secretary under Governor Jerry Brown.
She's also a member of the board of the state compensation fund.
Oh, that's good to know people like that are who are funneling campaign funds and doing shady things are in charge of the state compensation fund.
And she also worked for you got it PG&E and Disney.
Seems to be a running theme that PG&E has a little bit more control over the people who get into these top positions and all of that.
So let's look at really quickly Xavier Becerra's involvement, whether he's implicated or not.
Could this be a problem for Xavier Becerra who's running for governor in twenty twenty six?
This is from Laura Powell over on X.
It says records show that Sean McCluskey worked continuously for Xavier Becerra from 2000, 2007 until 2020 for a long time, 2025 until recently when he followed Becerra from the California attorney general's office to Washington, D.C.
McCluskey came complained about the slightly lower salary with his new position, slightly lower.
Okay, so didn't get paid as much in D.C. That's when a scheme was devised to give McCluskey a stipend from Becerra's campaign war chest of around one point five million, which Becerra was legally limited from using.
The co-conspirators insist that Becerra knew nothing of their scheme.
Right. Because if you're a high profile political person, politician, the last thing you want to do is not pay attention to any campaigns that are dormant that have your money sitting around in them because this is the sort of stuff that gets you in trouble.
This is the sort of stuff that gets you in trouble with like the feds and U.S. attorney and stuff like that.
If you're screwing around with campaign funds and all of this campaign finance fraud, these are serious allegations.
So if you're a high profile politician, the last thing you want to do is just go, whatever.
I got a dormant campaign that has one point five million dollars in it.
So I don't I'm not going to check in on I'm not going to have anyone make sure that no one's taking it.
But the co-conspirators insist that Becerra knew nothing of their scheme. But is it plausible that Becerra believed that ten thousand dollars per month was a reasonable amount to pay for managing an inactive campaign account?
Either he was in on the plan to compensate his loyal right hand man or he was wildly out of touch with what services ought to cost, which both are very, very important questions for someone who is running to be governor of Cali.
Now, he's not really close to like being like in the top of the polls as of right now, but he is someone who is running for governor of California.
And it's one of those sort of dichotomies of either you are wildly incompetent or you are in on it.
It's really it can't be one or the other. Either you knew about it, you were in on it and you kind of just ratified it by letting it happen or you were just wildly incompetent.
So choice A is you were in on it and you knew about it and you ratified it, which makes you horribly corrupt.
And that shows what kind of leader you would be if you were given the entire California state government and its war chest and its budget and all of that.
With all the power you have as governor of California, what would you do with it?
Then if your choice, a if your choice be you're wildly out of touch and you can't keep an eye on things, which also is an indictment on you possibly being governor of the state of California is are you paying attention to things that matter?
Are you paying attention to the little details? California is a big state. There's a lot going on.
You've built up an enormous behemoth and huge parasite of a government up there in Sacramento.
And if you're not paying attention, that government can get away from you because you're out of touch.
So this brings up a lot of questions of how deep does this go?
Now, this story just broke as of yesterday and people are cooperating.
You see those three individuals, you know, Podesta, Campbell and McCluskey are all cooperating.
There is an unnamed former politician who is also named.
We haven't gotten that name yet. Again, this Williamson lady, she was very aggressive, very powerful, very influential.
In Sacramento, she was chief of staff to Gavin Newsom during a certain amount of years.
All these people are very highly connected.
As you can see, these are people who were involved with previous speakers of the assembly.
Like these are these are well connected people. You want to talk about movers and shakers up in Sacramento.
These are movers and shakers up in Sacramento.
And they've all been dragged into this and taken down by this corruption charge by this Williamson woman
who was using this campaign funds, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars of it to basically as a slush fund
to pay themselves out of this bogus consulting firm.
I guess it's kind of bogus because they weren't really doing anything. It was a no show job.
And also writing off a whole bunch of luxury items through the consulting firm to make it look like that's what you need.
So my issue here is why I started off the video said, I know you're probably shocked.
I know that you should be sitting down because you're probably shocked that there's stuff going on in Sacramento,
that there's corruption in the state of California. But that's the issue.
The issue is that when you have a state that is completely run by one party, there's no one looking into any of this.
Right. No one's going to tattle on the other person because you're all part of the same party.
Do you think Rob Bonta as the attorney general is really going to look into this? Do you think he really cares about this stuff?
Do you think he's really going to get to the bottom of this stuff and really figure out what's going on here?
No, because they're all part of the same party. They're all trying to help each other out.
So this is the issue when you have a state that is completely run by one party.
And just just as an example, these are all just from one city. This is all from L.A.
I want to show you some other corruption that gets away here in California.
A pay to play scheme, a sprawling federal corruption investigation, looking into possible bribery, extortion, money laundering
and other crimes laying one former council member in prison and led another to a guilty plea.
Former city council member Mitchell Englander was sentenced in twenty twenty one to 14 months in prison
after being convicted of lying to federal authorities about his dealings with a businessman who provided him with fifteen thousand dollars
in secret cash payments and a debauched night in Vegas.
And then Jose Huizar, imagine that's how it said Englander's case, though, is part of a larger probe
into an alleged pay to place game, which was centered on former council member Jose Huizar.
It first gained public attention in 2018. FBI agents raided the then council members home and office.
And here's another one. This is also from L.A. L.A. is a hotbed of corruption, because again,
when it's a city run completely by Democrats, who's watching who? Who's going to rat on anybody unless the feds get involved?
One of Los Angeles most prominent political figures suspended city council member Mark Ridley Thomas was was indicted in twenty twenty one,
along with a former U.S. dean on federal charges that he took bribes from the dean in exchange for directing millions in public funding to the university.
So prosecutors said the kickback scheme occurred when Ridley Thomas sat on the L.A. County Board of Supervisors in 2017 before he joined the city council,
from which he was later suspended. He was found guilty in March on seven of 19 counts, including conspiracy bribery, honest services,
mail fraud and honest services, wire fraud. And then one more. This was recently Corinne Price to face new corruption charges.
The D.A. So this isn't federal, but the D.A. of Los Angeles has brought new charges against another council member of Los Angeles.
L.A., you got to get your stuff together right now. You are at the head of all this corruption to face new corruption charges because he had been signing off on policies,
ordinances, legislation that was funneling money and contracts, funneling contracts and money to his wife's company.
And he's pretending like I had no idea. I had no idea that this is what was going on. I had no idea. It was all going to my wife.
So more corruption, more funneling money, more fun. And this is tax dollars that are being funneled. So this is a bigger issue.
But needless to say, we have a huge issue with corruption here in California. So, again, I know you're not shocked.
I know you're not shocked of me telling you this breaking news that there is a woman who is very highly influential in Sacramento was the chief of staff of Gavin Newsom.
You have the chief of staff of Xavier Becerra. You have other consultants. You have other people who have worked for previous speakers of the assembly.
Very powerful and influential people. And I know that you're shocked that there's corruption.
And I say that with the ultimate sarcasm, because when there is nobody to look after these viewers, no one to hold them accountable.
Why worry about getting caught in reality? Why worry about getting caught? So why is anyone going to rat somebody out?
You're all on the same team. So this is not something that's new, but it is something that we as voters have to really, really make our voices heard about.
This is something that we have to really let people know that we're not standing for this because corruption with campaign funds is one thing.
It shows that you have bad people, bad faith actors who are working within Sacramento.
Then you have issues of corruption like you have in L.A. where they're using city funds and taxpayer funds and funneling it to their wives and spouses and kickbacks and all that stuff.
And that's a big issue as well. So at the end of the day, we've got to keep an eye on.
We've got to raise all holy hell when we see corruption like this and let people know how corrupt this state is, how far the depths go.
And obviously, we're going to keep on this story and let you know if there's any new developments about whether Newsom's implicated. Maybe Xavier Becerra is implicated.
We're going to get to the bottom of it. We're going to keep investigating. So make sure you tune into the California underground.
Make sure you hit that subscribe notification bell like all that stuff. Let me know in the comments what you think.
Are you shocked that there was corruption in Sacramento? Are you shocked that people close to Gavin Newsom are involved in some sort of fraud or campaign fraud or tax fraud or anything like that?
Are you really surprised about any of this? Or do you think at this point it's just expected that people are going to be doing these corruptible things?
So with that, we'll see you on the next one. Later.
All right. New episode of Young and Ava. We have a new guest. Who are you?
I'm Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia.
You're the founder or co-founder?
I don't care. That's the dumbest question in the world.
Really?
Absolutely.
There seems to be a dispute.
There's no dispute. I don't care. So, yeah. Say what you like. It doesn't matter.
Isn't that like when it comes to Wikipedia a problem? What are the facts?
Yeah. Well, it's not a fact. It's an opinion. So you can have whatever opinion you like. It doesn't matter.
But for you, you're the founder.
Can I just say again, it doesn't matter. I've answered your question four times. You know what? I'm done. Thank you. Thanks.
What's going on?
It's stupid. Don't ask me stupid questions.
How is that stupid?
It's a stupid question.
It was the first question? All right. We're done here. Shortest interview of Jung and Yves. Bye.

Let's play a game, shall we? It's called Guess Who Said It, but none of these quotes are from Trump or any Republican.
These quotes are straight from top Democrats. And you'll see real quick that they don't change for morals. They change for votes.
Let's begin, shall we?
Marriage is between a man and a woman. I do not support gay marriage. You'd assume conservative, right?
Nope. Joe Biden, 2006.
I can't believe the American people can't see through this. We already have a law, the Defense of Marriage Act, where we've all voted, not where I voted and others said, look,
marriage is between a man and a woman and states must respect that. Nobody's violated that law. There's been no challenge to that law.
Why do we need a constitutional amendment? Marriage is between a man and a woman. What's the game going on here?
Now he pretends he's been pro-LGBT forever. Nope. Turns out he just waited until it's politically safe.
Next quote. Marriage has always been between a man and a woman. Any guesses? Hillary Clinton, 2004.
When public opinion flipped, boom, so did she.
I believe that marriage is not just a bond, but a sacred bond between a man and a woman.
I have had occasion in my life to defend marriage, to stand up for marriage, to believe in the hard work and challenge of marriage.
And not out of conviction, just calculation. Next one.
We simply cannot allow people to pour into the US undocumented and unchecked. Sounds like Trump, right? Nope. It was Barack Obama, 2005.
This is not going to be a free ride. It's not going to be some instant amnesty. What's going to happen is you are going to pay a significant fine.
You are going to learn English. You are going to go to the back of the line so that you don't get ahead of somebody who was in Mexico City applying legally.
But after you've done these things over a certain period of time, you can earn your citizenship.
So that it's not something that is guaranteed or automatic. You've got to earn it. But over time, you give people an opportunity.
And now his party calls border control racist. They didn't grow compassion. They just grew poll numbers. This is fun. Let's continue.
Who said I don't want my children growing up in a racial jungle? Joe Biden, 1977. He was talking about school busing and integration.
We keep talking about this thing as being north versus south. That's not the issue. It is rural versus urban.
And most of the busing that's taking place today is taking place in rural areas, whether it's be administratively ordered or court ordered.
Now we're moving into applying the same standards to urban areas. And it is a standard that doesn't make sense. It doesn't apply. It doesn't hold.
We're moving from trying to, in urban areas, we've had integrated facilities but segregated neighborhoods. And in rural areas, we've traditionally had integrated neighborhoods but segregated facilities.
And they've applied the same standard and the same test. So this north-south thing is not really the issue.
As Professor Nathan Glazer at Harvard has indicated, as Dr. Armour of the RAND Corporation, as James Coleman, as I just tell three days a hearing, two days a hearing in the Judiciary Committee.
On another bill I have beyond this that deals with busing. And there is uniform opinion of those who testified that it is not a north-south. It's an urban-rural question, a distinction.
But no matter what your intent, there are going to be those who say it's a segregated thing, it's a question of race, and that you have set back the movement of desegregation of schools. How would you answer that?
The way I answer that is I predict that the young black leadership of America will overwhelmingly decide with me. I predict that in 1980 and '84 my position will be totally vindicated by the sociologist and by civil rights activists.
You know, I come from that side of the track. That's where I'm from. I was a defense lawyer. I handle civil rights cases. I sat in on Route 40. I mean, I'm not from the other side of this.
And I happen to think that the one way to ensure that you set the civil rights movement in America further back is to continue to push busing because it's a bankrupt policy.
Now he lectures everyone about racism, but back then he was afraid his children would be on a school bus with black kids.
And in case any liberal wants to make the claim, "That was 1977, Joe Biden changed," here's another quote.
This one's from 2007 when he was referring to Barack Obama. And I quote, "I mean, you got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean." Excuse me?
What about 2020, Biden? And I quote again, "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or for Trump, you ain't black." Sorry, what?
And you ain't black. Poor kids are just as bright and just as tall as white kids.
When you got the first sort of mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean, nice looking guy.
Biden recalling his early Senate career, bringing up two segregationist senators, Herman Talmadge and James Eastland, who called African Americans an inferior race.
"I was in a caucus with James O. Eastland," Biden said. "He never called me boy. He always called me son. At least there was some civility. We got things done."
The senators that he is speaking of with such adoration are individuals who made and built their reputation on segregation. The Ku Klux Klan celebrated the election of one of them.
Using the word boy in the way he did can cause hurt and pain. And we need a presidential nominee and leader of our party to be sensitive to that.
"My Democratic colleagues don't like me saying this. I think the two-party system is good for the South and good for the Negro, good for the black. Other than the fact that they still call me boy, I don't think they've, I think they've changed their mind."
"There's also no Robert C. Byrne was a parliamentary library, a keeper of the institution of the Senate, and he was the institution itself. For a lot of us, he was a friend. He was a mentor and he was a guy."
"1987, he bragged about getting an award from George Wallace." "Biden bragged about an award from the notorious segregationist Governor George Wallace and told the Philadelphia Inquirer, 'I think the Democratic Party could stand a liberal George Wallace, someone who's not afraid to stand up and offend people.'"
"You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent."
"Unlike the African-American community with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community, with incredibly different attitudes about different things."
"You're gonna put y'all back in chains."
"Biden was remarking to an audience in South Virginia that included hundreds of black voters."
"If the community just quietly sunk into the Caribbean or rose up 300 feet, it wouldn't matter a whole lot." "The reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf."
"One thing Biden is being slammed for is the crime bill he helped write 25 years ago."
"Next quote, 'I voted for the border fence. I don't think we should reward people who broke the law to get here.'" "That's Chuck Schumer, 2009. Now he's crying on camera talking about inhumane policies."
Amazing how fast they switch up.
And here's the kicker. None of them have ever really denounced these quotes. No real apologies, no big speeches saying, "Hey, I was wrong." They've just quietly pretended that they've always believed what's popular right now.
They don't evolve out of morality. All they did was pivot for power. These people don't stand for principles. They stand for whatever polls best this week.
So next time that they call conservatives extreme, just remind them that their own words tell a whole different story.
