473 assaults reported to police last month in Mississauga and Brampton

There was just under 500 assault-related crimes reported to police in Mississauga and Brampton last month.From Oct. 15 to Nov. 15, Peel Regional Police data indicates a combined 473 assaults were reported across both cities — 210 in Mississauga and 263 in Brampton.This works out to an average of 15 or more of these crimes being committed daily.
