Operation Gladio Knights of Malta of 1949 was the codename for clandestine "stay-behind" terrorist operations of armed resistance, organized by the parasite ruling cabal (PRC), their NATO, CIA and few other secret, but known organizations wherever vast natural resources were found.

The role of the CIA and British MI6 in Gladio - the extent of its activities during the Cold War era and many responsibility for terrorist attacks perpetrated in Italy during the "Years of Lead" (late 1960s to early 1980s)—are the subject of debate.
