Hey y'all! Here is another fun workout session.
This is the "Bro Day" in my current weekly setup. I train upper body on Day One, Lower Body on Day Two, and "Bro Day" on Day Three. Day Four will be off, then Upper Body on Day Five, Lower Body on Day Six and Day Seven is off.
"Bro Day" is just a fun way to refer to training shoulders and arms. I'll work all the angles for each muscle group.
