Lately we’ve been experiencing some extraordinary phenomena - when the sky becomes a kaleidoscope. Here is auroral activity that lasted from a multi-day series of geostorms recorded from NE Missouri. If you note the timestamp, this clip captured the skies from 17:00 until 00:30 to include the bright light mass rising from the horizon just after midnight. I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the sun rising - so what was it?
