Switching Things Up: New Lower Body and Ab Workout

Hey y'all! Time for another workout. This is the second session after ending my fat loss phase, and first lower body session.

I'm trying a 5 day workout split. It consists of 2 upper and 2 lower body workouts. The 5th day is Shoulders and Arms. Hopefully, it will lead to building muscle and strength! I enjoy experimenting with things and seeing what works and what doesn't. Hope you enjoy following this process.
