ChaCha Rayo daylight doggie walk Sometimes I get risky, only put 1 leash & collar on Rayo20251115317

Rayo(one with cone on) is a huge flight risk right now(if he escaped, he would never let me catch him), so I really am pushing my luck only having one leash & one collar on him. I like to put two collars & 2 leases on an extremely scared doggie. Our neighborhood is kinda closed off to the public mostly, but he could escape still and he would find a way to the main road & bad traffic. He still trembles in fear intensely while we are on our doggie walks. Our other doggie on this doggie walk, ChaCha, is very relaxed though, she used to be a street doggie, so she's seen it all. Still she only lets humans touch her that she really knows & trusts. ChaCha is deaf though I think, so I think she only would stick around us if she saw us & we have familiar smells to her.
