An officer was on patrol when he made consensual contact with occupants in a nearby car.

In the end, Patience was charged with resisting an officer without violence, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. She pled no contest to resisting without and was sentenced to 1 day in jail with credit for time served. She was also ordered to pay $273 in costs and fines.
