This is a speech given to LD12 Republicans in November 2025 by the Maricopa County Recorder. Justin provides insight into changes and difficulties he has encountered while trying to make our elections more transparent. He outlines efforts to restore the lost faith and lack of transparency generated in our elections by the policies of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors, Democratic State Leadership, and willingness of voters to remain ignorant of policies that sacrifice convenience for secure elections.
