Crockett Tries to Cover Up Democratic Chaos by Blaming a “Lack of Fight” Within the Party

The recent statements by Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett clearly expose the deep internal crisis her party is facing. Instead of taking responsibility for legislative failures and the obvious deterioration of Democratic leadership, Crockett seeks to distract the public with empty rhetoric about “youth” and being “ready for the fight.”

Although she claims not to believe in “ageism,” her message is clearly aimed at justifying the desire of certain Democratic circles to replace leaders who have lost their way. However, Crockett avoids addressing the real problems: lack of coherence, internal divisions, and the growing discontent among both voters and her own colleagues.

Crockett also attempts to downplay the fact that several Democrats —including young members— have recently broken ranks, demonstrating that the distrust toward current leadership is not an issue of age, but of political incompetence.

Her final appeal for Americans to “not be discouraged with the party” and to vote only for Democrats “ready for the fight” seems almost ironic. It is precisely that blind, power-centered partisanship —rather than a focus on real solutions— that has driven the party into its worst moment in years.
