COD BO7 features a Co-op Campaign, think of it like DMZ, or MWIII Zombies, or even Warzone but with missions and cinematics. You can play it solo, but I would highly suggest playing it with others/friends. Some things get rather repetitive when playing solo.

There are 11 missions in the campaign:
1. Exposure
2. Inside
3. Distortion
4. Escalation
5. Disruption
6. Collapse
7. Fracture
8. Quarantine
9. Suppression
10. Breakpoint
11. Containment

After that you get thrown right into Endgame, which is like a PvE Warzone/DMZ/MWIII Zombies mode.

The campaign and Endgame are replayable, there are many calling cards and camos to earn, and you also get XP. Depending on if you run through the campaign vs. take your time you can easily progress 30 or more levels. You can also use Double XP tokens in the Campaign and Endgame.

I'm sure the campaign would be more enjoyable when playing with others, but when playing solo...many things are just annoying.

The story is weird, but fine. The actors and voiceovers are all pretty good. The cinematics are great. The gameplay itself...ehh...I didn't like it. I'm not a fan of Warzone, and the campaign is basically Warzone with cut-scenes and missions. Having to constantly re-plate and loot ammo, weapons, abilities, etc... made if feel odd for a campaign. Endgame felt pretty fun though.

Should you play it? Probably, just do it with friends or Squad Fill for a better time.
