Cuba is Designated as a terrorist state.

The United States Ambassador to the United Nations asserted that Cuba was a state sponsor of terrorism (2025). Cuba is also accused of human trafficking, assisting drug cartels, and political corruption.

This event is of particular importance to me as a resident of Miami-Dade County, given its 100 mile proximity to the Cuban state.

This is a matter that I will pay close attention to in the coming weeks and months.
