Growing Up in a Nuclear (Counterintelligence) Family | From Nazi POWs in America to The Golden Dome

I was searching through declassified documents from the CIA FOIA library in 2016 & began finding parallels between redacted documents & places my brother/father/grandfather had worked for or had ties to (Westinghouse, Science Applications International Corporation)

That began a long path of research involving my grandfather James Pettigrew. James was a 'confessed' child abuser of a particularly low order...even in the category of child abusers which has its share of low order horrible human beings. James was gleefully unapologetic about his sins when he confessed to me & my sister when I was about 10 years old. I've always had negative feelings about James, going back to the mid eighties when some of this was revealed to me but many details were left out and/or never divulged openly. If I hadn't witnessed James abusing children, hiding evidence of abusing children & confessing to me directly about his 'many' victims...I'm not sure I'd be taking this research on the same way. I also can't erase from my memory what he told me...not even after 40+ years...I can still remember James Pettigrew confessing, with glee, to being a child molester. James didn't pretend he was 'in love' or something pandering like that. He didn't even to polish his sins at all...he wanted it normalized to us, in my estimation. He wanted his actions to seem as normal as eating breakfast to us...that's my intuition about his motivations. He knew no one would do anything if we said anything. It was true in 1988...it's true in 2025.

Fast forward to 2016. I'm culling through a series of documents that I downloaded from the CIA website FOIA library. I keep finding things about Psychic Research (STARGATE) tied to 'my brother's' employer of six years (Science Applications International Corporation), back in the 90s, 'while my brother worked there'.

We are talking Remote Viewing, Telekinesis, Psychic Warfare, Psychoenergetic Weapons...all of it, my brother's lab...but who/what was the precursor to all these things before it was called STARGATE?

That would be Westinghouse via Project RAINBOW/TALENT...a company known for many Nuclear Infrastructure projects, globally...plus they were an entertainment powerhouse who had their name plastered on shows like "I Love Lucy" & a studio that facilitated production for shows like "Hogan's Heroes".

Two CIA FOIA library datasets that seem to point at my family...that had alignment with aforementioned STARGATE projects which were also known as Project RAINBOW under Westinghouse before STARGATE was ever a thing...hmmm..got it...what to do?...what to say?

Wait...two relatives working close to these companies with declassified projects related to Psychic Research & Electromagnetic Warfare, including Psychoenergetic Weapons & studying things like "Psychic Attacks"?

Welcome to my family ladies & gentlemen. To be frank, even though I was surprised I can't really say I was 'that' surprised. It's just that no one told me. I just know that the more I learned, my older brother would call me, after releasing an article, minimizing the importance of SAIC's connection to the story while talking to me on a speaker phone, from his office. He was working at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's National Security Directorate w/NSA, HS & COINTEL Ops under his helm. He seemed concerned about what I was finding while simultaneously, seemingly, minimizing the importance, while calling me, on speakerphone, from his office at 'that job' (Operations for the National Security Directorate)...but I digress

It became obvious to me that my grandfather was way more than the creeper in the family everyone wishes didn't happen & now I understood why my family was willing to cover up James' sins for decades even though they clearly had the power, connections within FEDERAL Law Enforcement to find James, arrest him & hold him accountable for molesting countless children. But that didn't happen. There was 'no willingness' in my family to chase down James Pettigrew? They let him get away for over 30 years until death

Consider what I'm telling you here. My aunt worked at the Dept of Justice Cybercrime Division & was actually blacklisted by Russia for crossing international borders, violating international law...to arrest a 'hacker' in the Maldives.

Imagine that...they had the power to chase down a hacker, who wasn't a child molester or anything like that...just a credit card hacker...but locating James Pettigrew was 'never' a priority...he was allowed to go free.

Why?

I've spent the last 10 years researching that exact question. I travelled to Bothell, Washington, where James Pettigrew owned two homes & where it all began. It's 3 blocks from the cold case murder of Jodi DePaoli who was killed 'right before' James fled to Mexico & disappeared from my life 1987-89
