To understand the origins of #Chainmail, look to Phil Barker, Charles Wessencraft, Tony Bath, and Donald Featherstone. Gygax gives the most credit to Bath and it is easy to see why. To understand Chainmail's missing rules, you've got to play Bath and work forward from there. #wargaming #wargames #ttrpg
