The US Coast Guard said it monitored the Russian spy ship 'Kareliya' operating 15 miles off Oahu on 29 October using a patrol aircraft and a small vessel, calling the operation safe and professional. The vessel is part of Russia’s Vishnya-class intelligence fleet and has previously tracked near Hawaii.

Meanwhile, Ukraine announced mass production of new interceptor drones based on its Octopus technology after testing them against Shahed drones.
