Rusian Belov reports on an unexpected (at least for those beyond the battlefield) breakthrough in the Seversk region on the November 13,14 incoming intel for that period and place. Getting reliable info has been difficult in the urban areas. As it stands now, Ukraine is losing more troops than they are replacing, both by battle losses and by large groups able to surrender. That last group is a happy group.
