Comey's Prosecution at Risk Over Halligan's Appointment—Could Be Dismissed by Thanksgiving

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie is reviewing the appointment of Lindsey Halligan as Interim Attorney for EDVA and seemed skeptical of its lawfulness in a hearing this week.

The judge promised to rule on the matter before Thanksgiving.
