Chicago Streets at Risk: Judge Frees 650 Criminal Aliens

A Biden-appointed federal judge in Chicago has just ordered the release of over 600 criminal illegal migrants arrested by ICE during “Operation Midway Blitz.”

Judge Jeffrey Cummings — appointed by Joe Biden — claims the arrests violated a 2022 ACLU consent decree, and is now forcing federal agents to release the detainees back onto Chicago’s streets.

Despite warnings from DHS attorneys that the courts have no legal authority to order such releases, Cummings insists these migrants pose “no real threat.” Meanwhile, Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino fired back:

“If he releases those 650, we’re going to apprehend 1,650 on the streets of Chicago!”

This clash between federal law enforcement and activist judges shows exactly how far the Biden administration’s open-border agenda is willing to go — even if it means endangering American lives.
