Workout Smarter: The Progressive Overload Plan

Hey y'all! Time to change up my routine, but I need to make sure I keep progressing. Here's is one way to make progress. The plan is to add 1 rep to one set for each exercise I perform. I am starting the first set with 1-2 reps in reserve. Repeat the same number of reps for set two. At the next workout, add one rep to the first set of the exercise. The next workout, add a rep to the second set of the exercise. Then keep repeating.
