Recent studies indicate that Canada is experiencing its worst economic decline in 40 years, with stagnant wages and a shrinking economy per capita. The combination of many self inflicted economic wounds, officially sanctioned anti American sentiment, rising living costs, a flaccid government subsidized press/media, and a dysfunctional security and foreign policy driven by an elite out of step ideological globalist political class has led to a widespread belief that Canada has become so broken on so many levels that millions are openly questioning the country’s future direction.
