5 He who mocks the poor reproaches his Maker;
He who is glad at calamity will not go unpunished.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY PRECIOUS ONES!!!
Reading the book of Obadiah today, really challenged my heart, because I often wonder if I've ever either taken advantage of, or treated somebody who has wronged me, the same way they've treated me. This question from this morning's devotional especially got me to thinking about that, and especially after what I read in this morning scripture, as well as this morning's devotional, I have to share this question with you tonight. So I invite you to please read this question carefully, and I pray that God challenges your heart through it.

When have you been tempted to take advantage of someone’s suffering?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me as I was reading the book of Obadiah today, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you you'll not only read, but do. That you will carefully think about and want to respond to suffering in a God honoring fashion. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and see just exactly what I mean! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you act on it.

How does God's love compel us to kindness?

I pray that you think about your actions/responses to those who are suffering hardships, especially the suffering and hardship of those who have caused you pain. And some of them I'm not saying that you have to reconcile with, or allow those who have done you harm back into your life, but I encourage you to ask God to examine your heart and your attitude toward them. If you are considering in your heart, gloating, retaliating, or doing anything that would be dishonoring to the Lord, please go to Him today and ask for His forgiveness, and help not to go down to their level. I challenge you to please go to the Lord and ask Him to help you extend kindness when someone is hurting, even if that's someone is someone who has wronged you. You can still show compassion and mercy to someone who's wronged you, without letting them back into your life, but the important thing is don't go down to their level. Don't rub their misfortune into them. Who knows you could be in the same situation!

UNTIL FRIDAY:

HAVE A VERY TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
