Trump announces 3-week deal to temporarily reopen government, federal workers to receive back pay

President Trump has announced a short-term proposal to reopen the government and end the current shutdown, now in Day 35. Trump says he will sign a 3-week deal to reopen the government until Feb. 15 and arrange for federal employees to receive "all their back pay very quickly or as soon as possible."
