The Meaning of ‘Christian’ Has Been Lost—Why the Church Must Speak Again

Who Defines Christianity? The Lost Authority of the Church and the Rise of Counterfeit Faiths.
Since the Reformation, a paradox has haunted Christianity: unity in truth versus freedom of conscience.
The Catholic and Orthodox Churches still hold the historical and sacramental authority to define what Christianity is — yet the modern world is flooded with sects and movements that invoke Christ’s name while denying His Church, His sacraments, and often His very teachings.
This reflection explores the spiritual identity theft of Christianity in modern times — how the sacred has been diluted into philosophy, ethics, and finally, commerce.
It asks whether the ancient Church — the Catholic and Orthodox communion — should once again speak with clarity and authority: to say what Christianity is, and what it is not.
Would the world listen? Or would the uproar itself reveal our age’s deepest truth — that we have forgotten what Truth is?

Some of what I share In this channel "Interpreting Tradition", are reflections on Literature, Politics, History, Philosophy. Sometimes I read old texts out loud, and sometimes I just speak into the camera. But behind every video is the same impulse: to preserve something. To interpret what’s been handed down — carefully, honestly, and with a sense of reverence.
