Day 47 of Accountability today we stand in gratitude.
I want to thank every man and woman serving this country, and I want to honor the families who hold it down while their loved ones are out protecting us.

My lymphedema dropped from 107 cm to 52 cm, and I’m down to 440 lbs proof that showing up daily pays off. We’re not stopping. We’re healing. We’re honoring.
