Navigating the Health Insurance Crap

I dont have employer health care so I have to go on the marketplace to get it and I just dont know. Healthcare has become political and I just wanted the information on what I need to know to get the best I can within my budget. I figured since I had that question that you might too and since I have "a guy" I figured I'd let you in on the conversation with Tom Yakopin from West Penn Life and Health. Full transparency ....this is who I use...so he could be your guy too but this is just to find out what the hell is going on in health insurance and what we need to know!!!
