13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

BECAUSE HE IS MY LIVING HOPE! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA PRECIOUS ONES!!!
For some reason guys, as I was reading this morning scripture, my mind was brought to a very beautiful song by Amy Grant entitled “Hope Set High”, which is a very clear reminder that we need to set our hope on things above period to keep our eyes and our hearts fixed on Jesus. There's one interesting line in there that Amy says, and I find it very true. “If there's anything good that happens in life it's from Jesus.” Even James himself stated, “17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” (James 1:17)!” It's a powerful reminder to me that I need to keep my hopes set high on Jesus, even in the midst of other distractions within the doom scrolling and dream scrolling that I see online.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of this morning scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you truly and carefully listen to what I'm saying. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how you can set your hope on Jesus! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they challenge your heart to set your hope on God.

What are you truly seeking when you dreamscroll?

What’s captivating your heart?

I just pray tonight guys, that you deeply and carefully think about what I have said, but also that you act on it. That you choose to look beyond the promises of this world, that will only leave you empty, but turn to the only one who could give you real hope and that is Jesus. I pray you realize that with everything you see online, especially smartphones and tablets, that all of it is superficial, and that having that next big thing won't make you happy but Jesus will. I encourage you to do what Adam Holtz, this morning's devotional writer stated, when he said, “Peter contrasts our spiritual yearnings with the promise of something that will satisfy: placing our hope in God's grace.” That's why it's so important to set our minds and our hearts on things above and not on the temporary period to focus on the vertical not the horizontal, and make sure that we are setting our desire fully and totally on Jesus.

UNTIL THURSDAY:

HAVE A VERY BLISSFUL AND BLESSED EVENING IN CHRISTJESUS!!!
