Your superstars are naturally talented, go getters, and the go to people in your organization. Don't set them up to fail.

Don't fall into the trap to continue to dump too much on their plate. They can handle a lot, but if their plate is full you need to take items off their plate.

Superstar Dangers:
1) Put so much on their plate where they fail and lose respect of others.
2) Over work them and dramatically underwork others. The fairness police are always on duty
3) Wear them down by continually putting as much on their plate as they can handle. Don't burn them out.
