Tractor Trailer Ramp Fail

Occurred on January 14, 2019 / Pittston, Pennsylvania, USA

Info from Licensor: "I pulled behind a tractor-trailer around mid-afternoon attempting to get on Rt 81 South when I noticed his ramp was extended and dragging. As he merged onto 81 South I stopped recording and pulled up beside him to signal him about his issue. He immediately pulled over and corrected the problem. Not sure how far he traveled like that but it must not have been that long."
