How to make Homemade Roasted Honeynut Squash

Roasted Honeynut Squash is a great Side Dish alongside Poultry, Meat or Seafood.

Roasted Honeynut Squash
Ingredients:
3 Honeynut Squash
1 wht Onion
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Oil
5 Green Onions

Peel Honeynut Squash, cut in half lengthwise and remove Seeds.
Cut Squash in Cubes.
Cut Onion in bite sized Pieces.
Cut Green Onions on a Bias.

Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Brush lightly with Oil.
Preheat Oven 375°F.

Combine Squash, Onion, Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Paprika & Oil.
Mix well.
Place in single Layer on prepared Baking Sheet.
Roast 15 Minutes & flip.
Continue roasting for 10 Minutes or until Squash is tender.
Sprinkle with Green Onions and serve.
