Hillsborough Health Dept. Director Dr. Douglas Holt was questioned by Commissioners after Hamburger Mary's supporters from the LGBT community spoke out, feeling discriminated against for being the only restaurant publicly named in the Hepatitis A epidemic when four other restaurants tested positive.
