The U.S. has just passed a new law called The GENIUS Act and they are planning on issuing the equivalent privately - it’s programmable money. One of the things we’re doing at Solari is we have new legislation - we were working with states to stop CBDC both foreign and domestic. Now we’re coming back around with new, model legislation called the ‘Payment Protection and Transparency Act’ and the goal is to stop all programmable money whether public or private.
