Four members of the HCPD have resigned following an investigation into prohibited relationships.

Four members of the Horry County Police Department in South Carolina have resigned following an internal investigation into multiple prohibited relationships among staff. The individuals who stepped down are: Sgt. Torry Lewis, Det. Don Kobithen, Investigator Kelsey Manemeit, Lt. Misty Gore and the department’s public information director, Mikayla Moskov.
