A resident in Shasta County says she only voted for two things — Prop 50 Redistricting and a 1% sales tax increase — yet only one result was reported.

Reports are surfacing that voting machines malfunctioned, allowing only “YES” votes on Prop 50 — the controversial measure accused of giving Democrats up to five extra congressional seats.

Meanwhile, millions of votes were counted for Prop 50, but no tally was ever released for the local tax measure on the same ballot. Coincidence? Or is Gavin Newsom’s California running a two-tiered election system?
