Predator: Badlands - Delivers Where It Should

I don't agree with some of the criticism I've seen for Predator: Badlands. Sure the movie is light on plot, it humanizes what was meant to be an IN-human creature, and not every joke lands. But Badlands delivers where it should. It's an action-packed, visual feast with masterful sound design. Its story, as bare-bones as it is, hooks you pretty quick and the Yautja come out swinging, form the first scene to the last. It's formulaic and predictable, but it's fun and visually gripping. I didn't have high expectations for Predator Badlands after I saw that first trailer, but this movie far exceeded my, admittedly low, expectations.
