Starting a Gun Business From 0: Business Filings, FFL Pre-Requisites

In this video, I detail how you can start a firearms business from nothing to an officially recognized Limited Liability Corporation recognized by the state of Tennessee, the IRS and your local county. I cover the topics of Secretary of State business registration, obtaining an IRS EIN (employee identification number), obtaining a county business license, and then what steps I have left to complete on the road to starting my Federal Firearms Licensee application.
