AIPAC Money - Worse Than FARA

In this episode, Jack poses this question: If we had 15 billion dollars, we wanted to use it to force Congress to do our bidding on a single issue and we wanted to remain anonymous, is there a way to do this? Disturbingly, the answer is yes. If you gave the money to a 501(c)(3)(4) then it would be dark money. That organization can give it to a SuperPAC and nobody would know where it comes from. This is exactly what AIPAC has been doing since 2022 and it has only been legal since 2010. AIPAC funnels dark money to their SuperPAC United Democracy Project. The SuperPAC can't interact with politicians so AIPAC makes politicians fill out policy papers then shares that information with UDP. Even the CEO of UDP previously worked for over 20 years at AIPAC.
