1 - Be proactive. Go into the interaction with your goal already set.
2 - Be grateful to all those who come into your day to help you practice choosing peace.
3 - Peace, no matter the ego's drama is always just a choice away.
4 - Remind yourself throughout the day that your goal is non-judgment and peace.
5 - Practice always doing the opposite of what the ego demands.
6 - Recall the ego always answers first and loudest. Do not sink into its madness, instead do the opposite of what the ego demands.
7 - Learn to recognize the signs that tell you the ego is in control of your thinking and thus of your mind and life.
8 - The ego grows or fades away depending on the time, focus and energy you give to it.
9 - To achieve more peace as you wake up. Learn not to punish yourself if the ego is in control. So before you go to bed, put yourself on your knees and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you about peace and non-judgment.
10 - Using a phrase to replace thoughts that are unloving in nature. Something like "I can choose peace instead of this".
11 - Humble yourself, ask, trust that it will happen.
12 - Christian Neff teaching on compassion.
13 - Before you go to bed, look for any unforgiving thought you are holding unto, then forgive it so that you can have peace.
14 - Instead of thinking you are holding unto grievances, think of them more like 'misperceptions'. Misperceptions, the word, holds less weight than grievance.
15 - The more time, focus and energy you place on a delusion the more real it appears to be.
16 - You can undo what you have done. Take personal responsibility fore the thoughts you are thinking.
17 - Mistakes are for correction and nothing less.
18 - If someone feels judged even though you don't think they should, offer them your forgiveness.
19 - Humility heal you, pride pollutes you.
20 - Be the hero of your own journey, be the first to forgive so that you can have peace.
21 - Seeing people as hypersensitive. Remember everything 'out there' is just a reflection of your internal condition and conditioning. Everything is happening for you, not to you.
22 - Learn to recognize the difference between Divine timing and the ego's time for the universe.
23 - Allow people to live out their stories. They have co-designed it with the Dinve for their own healing, growth and awakening process. This allowing/non-judgment will bring you peace.
24 - I am not a victim of the world I see. You define what you are seeing.
25 - Do what brings you peace and you will have peace.
26 - You are always, before any reaction, choosing your guide, God or the ego.
27 - The more you practice non-judgment the more peace you will achieve.
28 - Take the initiative from the ego by setting up the goal.
29 - Nothing is a different story, all ego stories are not real or true, they are al the same.
30 - God will use everything for good, the more we trust this the more peace we will experience.

Daily Inspiration: October 28. Six Steps That Assist Us In Releasing Judgment and Feeling Peace – Condensed Version

Today, if the ego knocks on your mind’s door and demands that you judge yourself or others, consider trying the following:

1 – Before every interaction, remind yourself of your goal for the day: to let go of judgment and become a reflection and representative of the states of non-judgment and peace.

2 – Instead of judging others, as the ego has trained you to do, offer them gratitude, silently or not, for being part of your healing and awakening process. This process is helping you recall that it is you, not the ego’s past programming, who should be in control of your thinking and thus of your mind and life.

3 – Practice offering the opposite of what the ego demands. If the ego demands judgment, offer forgiveness. If it insists on condemnation, offer compassion.

4 – Acknowledge to yourself that, no matter how unpleasant the ego says that the situation is, the choices of forgiveness over judgment, compassion over condemnation, and thus experiencing peace over pain, are always available to you in each moment and interaction.

5 – Throughout the day, continue to remind yourself to align with your goal of non-judgment and peace. Consciously make non-judgment and peace your constant companions.

6 – When you find yourself in the ego’s grip, judging self or others, do not despair or punish yourself or others. Instead, recognize that the ego is in control of your mind. Stop supporting its mindset and way of thinking with your time, focus and energy. Then take back control of your mind by aligning your thoughts with the expression of love that best fits the moment.
