Stolen Lands for foreign revenue

Handwritten letter that I transcribed for Paula, owner of "Frogs Hot Tubs":

“Did You Know”

Home of Frogs Hot Tubs at School Street Plaza behind Bank of America, sits on the sacred ground of remains of the Coastal Miwoks’ Village. These People were brutally massacred right here on this knowel. If one were to excavate along the creek behind the plaza they would find Miwoks’ remains and many of them small children. These sacred grounds should be turned over to the “right people” and they be the only ones to decide what to do with this property, and right now it is for sale for 18 million, which is being given first right of refusal to the Coastal Miwoks, by Fred Asazi, current owner of the property, who is allowing his son Fraz, to determine and negotiate the property’s future.
Jason Deschler, Coastal Miwok Preservation Counselor, Cultural Advisor, and one of Coastal Miwoks Counsel did speak to Fraz, to express interest in the First Right of Refusal offered by his father Fred.
However, when Jason reached out to Fraz, Jason was told that, “The property is no longer on the market.” Which is in direct conflict with what Fred expressed to the messenger who sought to communicate and delivered the message to the Coastal Miwoks’ Council members.
What is to be the future of this sacred land which has been a place of healing and transformation for so many people throughout the years? It’s rumored that Fred wants to buy Bank of America to allow parking structure for the 340 units of low-income housing units which many believe will devastate this tiny town we currently refer to as Fairfax. Just a few of years ago Fairfax was forced to deal with the growing number of locals who had to fix a major sewer issue which took months, and some speculate that a 340 unit development cannot be sustained for numerous reasons.
As it currently stands, the deal is being made behind closed doors, even after the original offer of first right of refusal to the Coastal Miwoks, is being side-stepped. One thing is for certain, the land’s use is at a critical point in time, and the use for the land is zoned for so many different things like lodging, restaurant, spa, overnight parking, medical marijuana, retail sales, and sits atop 6 &1/2 acres and even a portion of the ballpark is part of the property all the way down to the creek (including the bridge). Rumor has it that the “Town of Fairfax” has made an offer on the property for eighteen million for six and a half acres and plans to build 340 low-income units is quietly in the works.

I personally walked through the creek behind frogs which Jason did admit the Pavillion and the land that "School Street Plaza" is on is built on Miwok Shellmound.

I also walked through the creeks with Jason and West Coastal Miwoks Attorney -Rene, who describes himself as an environmental attorney and as we scoured the creeks of West Marin looking at the breaks in the creek that the salmon cannot pass...
We concentrated on Northern California Spotted Owl which is supposed to be endangered while did my best to describe to Rene and Jason the (set -off process that Bill W covers in How to Utilize the PERSON parts 1 & 2,
so that I could try and help West Coastal Miwoks retain the land
as Paula wished.
I personally set up a meeting with Jason and Fraz's son to discuss Fraz's first right of refusal for the School Street Plaza, which rests upon the creek and shell mound of the Miwok People.
West Coast Miwok's were offered the parcel for 18 million USD.
Jason didn't seem that interested in paying 18 million IUSD when his People just acquired roughly 30 acres (Etcha Tomal) that was gained by way of grant$ from the Druid Hall on land currently known as Nicassio.
I believe Jason felt discouraged at the refuel of his reps Jan and Rene that poo posed the idea of acquiring the School Street Plaza via "set off".

I rode my bike to "The Pump" a cafe on West Valley Marin and spoke to a slew of People about the issues surrounding the TOTAL RECALL that Californians are attempting to use to regain control over their future as fate would have it, the United Nations has installed it's COUNCIL
members Lissa Blash and Stephanie Hellerman, and other outsiders like the moron Treasurer that is running around claiming that he is 1/17th blood Native American from Granite Bay Sacramento area, and whom do not know the locals nor have their best interest in mind or heart, and are doing their best to destroy this quaint little town's happiness.

Still all in all it is Paula's wish is for, "The Miwok to regain control over this land and restore it's creek's healing properties and come correct with the ancestors who's spirits remain from the trauma of having been massacred there", as Paula put it.

One thing is for certain,
quasi contracts cannot be upheld
and fraud vitiates all
and all Power is inherent in the People

Help me wake the People up to these frauds being perpetrated upon the People and the soil in 2025
as Corporations cannot be Nations nor can anything but "silver and gold coin" be true consideration or lawful tender.
Article 1 section 10 clause 1: The state shall coin nothing but silver and gold coin as tender and payment of debt.
Does it say legal tender?-No!
Does is say gold standard?-No!
It says "Nothing but silver and gold coin"
