The Kimberly Cloud Show LLC UMGC Study Session

Today I will be analyzing and researching our SWOT and Porter's 5 Forces and proceeding with the next steps. I will review, but not execute, everything in Project 6. I will see my classmate tomorrow at 11 a.m. I will then start the process off camera, of course, and not recorded, to fill in what information I learned over the time spent reading about strategic leadership.What I've learned so far:=(C6-B6)/B6, which the expenditures of Excel showed regular expenses, and I also learned about the net income being $10,467 in 2024 and it went up 23.10%. I also learned about Mi-ORG's strategic design from last semester; they used Mi-ORG, which is a fast-paced organization who had some work ethic issues. Mi-ORG now has this platform called: the Leap app. It entails information for military soldiers transitioning to becoming veterans. Out of 275 veterans, 3% have Doctorate degrees.Porter's 5 Forces entails supply and demand and rivalry of competition. Lastly, the SWOT: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats is what I learned and is self-explanatory. I truly love to learn and want to make this experience a challenging one. I want to learn as much as I possibly can and [about] strategic operational planning. I had some issues with my teacher at first, but I would like to say I'm sorry. I apologize for my actions. Let's say you were ignoring me; it's up to me to control my behavior. History repeats itself; I will be ready for it next time.
