"Meow!" Cute Kitten Runs to Police During Intense Showdown

As a police officer was holding alleged shoplifters at gunpoint, a baby kitten, apparently belonging to one of the suspects, ran right towards the police officer, meowing for attention. The suspect -- accused of shoplifting and threatening employees with a hatchet -- was arrested, and the kitten was rescued.
