Spanish Speaker with Gun Steals Car in Broad Daylight

The Houston Police Department is seeking the public's help to identify a man who stole another man's vehicle by demanding (in Spanish) the driver get out of the vehicle. The stolen vehicle was involved in an accident the next day and fled the scene.
