Scudda Hoo! Scudda Hay!, 1948

A farmhand makes plans to purchase a pair of mules from his boss in this lighthearted, traditional romance. He had to train the mules because no one could handle them. He pursues his boss's daughter. She gets kicked out of keeping him in the dark about her true sentiments, which exacerbates his predicament. Naturally, he tames the girl and the mules in the end.
