BAD NEWS for Predator: Badlands | Box Office Projections Are a DISASTER

Box office projections are in for Predator: Badlands and they are not looking to good for the studio.

The latest film in the predator franchise is projected to bring in $32 million globally on the high end. This is not good for a movie that cost $100 million to make; when factoring marketing costs, as well as the theaters cut, that would mean Predator: Badlands needs to make at least $250 million just to break even. A $32 million opening is not a good start for that, especially if the reception is mediocre. This would be a movie that needs to excite audiences, but currently even positive early word just isn’t cutting it.
