Affirmation
I am the Light that needs no fuel.
I am the presence that blesses without effort.
I am the luminous stillness where all is already complete.

I walk as Golden serenity.
I breathe as Paradise in motion.
I live as the Light I AM.

Repeat until your breath becomes a soft halo around your being.
