3 Submission Flow from Closed Guard

In this video, we’re working through a 3-submission flow from closed guard called the Triple Threat. We cover the traditional Armbar to Omo Plata to Triangle Choke, back to another Armbar. It’s one of my favorite ways to keep the fight moving and stay in control from the bottom.

We’ll go step by step through each attack and how to link them together so you’re always a move ahead. You’ll see how small adjustments in grips and angles can turn a simple guard position into a constant threat.

The real power comes from chaining these attacks so your opponent never gets comfortable.
